Norfolk Iron & Metal (NIM) has successfully acquired Cd' A Metals. According to NIM, the acquisition will help NIM expand the market.

Cd'A Metals specializes in the distribution of diverse products, such as various grades of stainless steel, aluminum, wear-resistant steel, and decorative iron parts. Cd'A Metals is one of the largest metal distributors in the Inland Northwest.

NIM is a full-line steel service center, as well as one of the largest carbon steel distributors in the US. In 2018, NIM acquired Metalwest, which enhanced NIM's current market coverage and further expanded its processing capabilities and production lines.
