According to a monthly short-term prediction of the International Rebar Producers and Exporters Association (IREPAS), the global long product market remains stable currently. In addition, the association released positive opinions about the long product trading in the next quarter.

IREPAS explained that at the moment, strong demand for long products sustains the global long product prices. While many products are still suffering offering shortage in the exterior regions, the disorder of transportation has aggravated such shortage. Therefore, the high price and high profit are ensured.

According to the view of IREPAS, in the second quarter, the situation should be better than the first quarter.
