According to the announcement from China’s Ministry of Commerce, an expiry review investigation of anti-dumping (AD) on certain iron or steel fasteners from the EU and the UK was started on June 29, and the investigation should be completed before June 28, 2022.

During the period of review, the products involved originating in the EU and the UK are still subject to the AD duties previously announced by the Ministry of Commerce. The AD duty rate assigned for the EU ranged from 5.5% to 26%, and that for the UK was at 26%.

The period of investigation was from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and the industrial injury investigation period was from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020.
