According to the market in the EU, its hot-rolled coil (HRC) market price was currently facing pressure by low-price imports.

Although the EU has implemented import quotas to restrict steel imports, many of the buyers still prefer to place their orders from other countries, mainly because of the price advantage.

Currently, there were still over 80% of the quotas have not used yet, the pressure would hard to be eased in short term.
