China Baowu has signed agreements with 11 Chinese private steel companies to actively build a high-quality steel ecosystem.

It was reported that Kunming Iron and Steel Holdings Co., Ltd., one of the top 500 Chinese enterprises and the largest joint steel production based in Yunnan Province, has reached a consensus on synergy mode of steel output with Yunnan Muguang and Tonghai Risheng, and decided to cooperate in all aspects starting from October 2011.

It allows the surplus steel production of Chinese private steel companies to transfer across regions. It also realizes the deep cooperation between Kunming Iron and Steel and private steel companies in the province.
