According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 599.38 points on March 16, which was up by 1.42% or 8.41 points compared with the previous CIOPI on March 15.

The domestic iron ore price index was 500.98 points, sliding by 0.54% or 2.70 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 617.99 points, increasing by 1.73% or 10.51 points from the previous one.
