ArcelorMittal Brazil jointly develops microalloyed steel products with Fiat Chrysler and other companies
ArcelorMittal Brazil jointly developed
microalloyed steel products for the automotive industry with car manufacturer
Stellantis and Fiat Chrysler and niobium producer CBMM, with a total investment
of 1.2 million reais.
The two-year development was aimed to develop lighter steel products to be
applied in the Brazilian automobile industry. They expected to develop 100%
Brazilian products with niobium added in steel products.
