To improve the quality of urban lighting and ensure the safety of citizens' night travel, on May 20, the Urban Road and Lighting Service Center of the Urban Management Bureau of Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province upgraded and renovated the lighting facilities of Wanbao Park, lighting up the road of happiness for the people with practical measures.

In Wanbao Park, the staff upgraded and replaced the lawn lights in the area with garden lights. After the renovation, not only can the blind spots of night lighting be completely eliminated, but also the landscape effects around the lotus pond and the reservoir can be greatly improved. In the evening, the beautiful scenery of the park is reflected in the water under the background of lights, swaying with the waves, becoming more charming. After the lighting facilities are upgraded, citizens and tourists will feel more at ease and comfortable when they go to Wanbao Park for leisure at night.

In order to implement the new urban governance concept of "perceptible service, imperceptible governance" proposed by the Qitaihe Municipal Party Committee, shape a new image of the city, and effectively enhance the people's sense of gain and happiness, the Urban Road and Lighting Service Center of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau focused on the safety of citizens' night travel, and carried out the upgrading and transformation of lighting facilities in response to the problems of limited lighting range and poor brightness of the original lawn lights in Wanbao Park. Adhering to the principle of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, repairing the old and making use of the waste, the old courtyard lights in stock were utilized, the circuit system was fully overhauled, energy-saving lamps were replaced, and damaged parts were repaired, so that the old courtyard lights in stock were reborn, which not only implemented the green and low-carbon concept, but also interpreted the service purpose of "caring for the people" with practical actions. The Urban Road and Lighting Service Center of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau will continue to focus on people's livelihood needs, implement the service purpose with practical actions, and make urban lighting both brighter and warmer.
