Makhdum Khusro Bakhtyar, Pakistan’s Minister for Industries and Production, said last Friday (October 15) that after consultations with relevant stakeholders of the steel industry, the Pakistan Association of Large Steel Producers (PALSP) will soon announce a new comprehensive steel industry policy.

Once the policy is finalized, it will help the government solve all the problems that the steel industry is currently facing. All stakeholders’ suggestions will be incorporated into the policy.
