According to Statistics Canada, Canada’s iron ore concentrate output totaled around 4.35 million tons this August, growing by 10.3% compared to the previous month and also rising by 4.4% from the same month a year ago.
During the period, the shipment of iron ore concentrates from Canada’s iron ore producers amounted to roughly 4.25 million tons, a month-on-month increase of 35.7% and a year-on-year hike of 6.8%.
Besides, Canadian producers’ stock of iron ore concentrates was approximately 6.014 million tons in August, up by 4.02% month on month and 18.8% year on year.
