Hoa Phat Group, a leading steel manufacturer in Vietnam, said that its cumulative output of hot-rolled coil (HRC) reached 3 million tons on December 2, 2021 since the HRC production line was put into operation in May 2020.

With the development of the Dung Quat 2 plant project, another annual production capacity of HRC of 5.6 million tons will be added from next year.

Hoa Phat has already started the orders presale for 2022, and it has received steel orders from Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Canada. The group’s strong performance will also promote Vietnam’s steel exports.
