According to statistics from the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the US exported around 52,600 tons of cold-rolled coils (CRC) in November 2021, decreasing by 11% compared to the previous month while hiking by nearly 31% from the same month a year ago.
Among them, the exports to Mexico accounted for the largest proportion, totaling roughly 36,500 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 17.3% and a year-on-year hike of 34.9%. Canada ranked second with around 14,600 tons, and the exports to other countries were less than 1,000 tons.
During the period, the export value was around US$63 million, down by 17.5% month on month and up by 53.4% year on year.
