According to the European Council’s
announcement on June 1, after the 27 EU members completed their approval
procedures, the EU countries will officially launch the economic recovery plan
in June, and the EU is now able to raising the recovery fund starting in June.
Calculated at current prices, the plan was to raise up to 800 billion euros
from the international capital market from 2021 to 2026, which will be
allocated to all EU members in a combination of grants and loans based on their
economic recovery plans.
